Our receptionists are happy to assist you by telephone Monday through Thursday 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-12pm.
Patients are seen in the Encinitas office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our patient appointment schedule for our San Marcos office varies monthly, so please call for availability.

Insurance/Financing
We accept most commercial PPO plans and indemnity insurance plans, as well as Medicare assignment. Please feel free to contact us to see if we are contracted with your insurance plan. Remember, even if our office is not contracted with your PPO plan, you may still see us using your out-of-network benefits.
We accept check, Visa and Mastercard as forms of payment.
For those patients contemplating Pillar implants and Coblation of the soft palate for snoring, which are not covered by insurance, we offer zero interest payment plans through the CitiHealth Card. Patients may apply for the CitiHealth Card at the time of their office visit, with an approval decision in less than five minutes.
